BECOME AN ACCESS COLLEGE FOUNDATION REPRESENTATIVE

Access College Foundation, (ACF), a non-profit, community based organization which has served thousands of college students and their families since 2004. We provide outreach services to families through college fairs, complimentary informational presentations, and of course, referrals from past clients. Families with college-bound students benefit enormously from the services of our College Counseling Center and our local ACF college consultants.

We provide career search assistance to college-bound students leading to the selection of appropriate career path options. From there the required majors are identified which lead to career choices. And finally, colleges that best serve those career-required majors are indentified.

An ACT/SAT diagnostic exam and results are provide to all members. Online PSAT/SAT/ACT preparation services from program administrators are referred through our process, as well. (Remember, better test results equal larger merit awards.)

This process will give you the satisfaction knowing you are doing everything possible to help a student through college and into a successful career and life.

Program participation will include:

  • A responsive and experienced mentor
  • An Operations Manual explaining the college planning market, identifying “hot spots” in your region, the seminar process, first and second appointment procedures, a fact finding tool, and case design assistance upon request
  • A Monthly College Planning Newsletter for agents to read, understand, and forward to their clients and prospects, after inserting their own contact information, photograph, any appropriate regional information , and seminar announcements
  • Seasonal, effective marketing (Sample flyers, handouts, and presentations)
  • A two-page College Funding Fact Finder which will allow the agent to compute Public and Private College EFCs (Expected Family Contributions) and discern to what extent financial planning may be of value.
  • Training and guidance for agents to assist their parents with the FAFSA, CSS Profile, and any institutional applications necessary for financial assistance.
  • An ACF-sponsored, College Planning website with Representative Locator and an email address for each program representative to use locally. Pages will include electronic seminar registration, requests for appointments, completion and submission of Financial Assistance Data Sheet (fact finder), and a testimonial page.

Program participation requires only the completion of a brief one-page ACF Representative Questionnaire. Upon acceptance; the dues are only $995.00 initially and $395 each year thereafter to renew.
